Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 June 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of webgenas.com and the web-development and AI services provided by Nojus Šiaulys ("WebGenas", "I", "me"). By using this website or engaging my services, you agree to these terms.
1. About me
WebGenas is operated by Nojus Šiaulys, a freelance web developer based in Lithuania. Contact: siaulysnojus@gmail.com.
2. Services
I provide freelance web development (websites and e-commerce) and AI automation services. The exact scope, deliverables and timeline of any project are agreed separately in a written quote or agreement before work begins.
Information on this website (service descriptions, sample prices) is for general information only and does not constitute a binding offer.
3. Quotes and pricing
Prices shown on the website (for example, 'from €350') are indicative starting prices. The final price for your project is agreed in writing beforehand and depends on its scope.
Unless agreed otherwise, projects are charged as a one-time fee. Third-party costs (such as hosting, domain names or paid services) are separate and are the client's responsibility.
4. Payment
Payment terms (for example, a deposit before work starts and the balance on completion) are set out in each project agreement. Invoices are payable within the agreed period. Overdue payments may pause ongoing work.
5. Client responsibilities
To deliver your project on time, you agree to provide accurate information, any required content and materials, timely feedback, and any necessary access. You confirm that you hold the rights to all materials you provide (text, images, logos, etc.).
6. Intellectual property
Once a project is fully paid for, you receive ownership of the delivered website together with its source code. Until full payment is received, all rights in the work remain with me.
Third-party components (open-source libraries, fonts, stock images, etc.) remain subject to their own licences. Unless you ask otherwise, I may display the completed work in my portfolio and case studies.
7. Revisions and acceptance
Each project includes an agreed number of revision rounds. Additional changes beyond that scope, or new features requested later, are quoted and billed separately.
8. Warranties and disclaimers
I provide my services with reasonable skill and care. The website itself is provided 'as is'. I do not guarantee specific search-engine rankings, traffic levels or business results, as these depend on many factors outside my control.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect or consequential loss (such as lost profits or data). My total liability in connection with a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.
10. Third-party services
Your website may rely on third-party services (such as hosting, email delivery or payment providers). I am not responsible for their availability, performance or actions.
11. Termination
Either party may end an engagement as set out in the project agreement. If the project ends early, you pay for the work completed up to that point.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. We will try to resolve any dispute amicably; if that is not possible, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Lithuanian courts.
13. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always shown on this page with its 'Last updated' date.
